All color classes are now in an own subdirectory with a short name.
The new class HsvColor represents the Hue/Saturation/Value color model and
comes with conversion functions to and from rgb colors (currently integer
arithmetic without optimization for higher presicion).

Backgrounds now know the parent control, they are painted in, to query
the size.
Backgrounds are not allowed to use glClear anymore, should only draw
something during the extend of the parent control and should take care
to do not modify the opengl cursor position.

background could now be a background for all DrawableControl instances
each subclass should call the parents draw() during executing the
draw() method for background painting
TODO: background should know the size of the control to only draw the
background there

Added switches.inc to all files.
Changed many IFDEFs.
For Windows-only code please use MSWINDOWS instead of WIN32 now. WIN32 is also used by the Mac port.

-Scores are raised when PopUp slides under the scorebg
-1 to 6 Player support (even 5 Players(not supported by Core atm))
-Display 3 Players instead of 2 when 4 Players are set in the Options and Screens=2
Ratingbar is not drawn by class atm.
Have to be done
