videos and textures to a power of 2 with and hight. This slightly improves image quality because of less resizing (OpenGL handles this better anyways) and is a minor performance improvement on systems that support OpenGL 2.x or newer.

- the environment must be GL_TEXTURE_ENV and not GL_TEXTURE_2D
- it must be set before a draw function (glBegin(), ...) and not before glTexImage2D() as the current texture will not store this setting (the setting is global for all textures).
- the setting must be set to the default (GL_MODULATE) after usage, otherwise later opengl drawing calls will be unwantedly affected too.

- Previously the texture could have been too small (window initialized with 800x600 pixels -> fadeTex size 1024x1024. Then resize window to 1400x1050 and the texture will be too small) and an opengl error at glCopyTexSubImage2D() will occur. Due to the error fading was disabled then.

some changes to patch
- implemented software cursor (texturable)
- option to turn of mouse support or switch between hardware and software cursor
- hide software cursor if there is no mouse activity for 5 seconds
- soft fade in and out for software cursor
- some test cursor-textures for deluxe theme (mog pls change these horible looking images)

- glPrintLetter removed
- font engine handles FT_PIXEL_MODE_MONO as FT_Glyph_To_Bitmap(FT_RENDER_MODE_NORMAL) might return a 1bit/pixel black/white image instead of 8bit/pixel gray shaded one (happened with 16px japanese glyphs of simsun.ttf, latin ones were correct).

none(fallback), colored, texture, video, and fade(for overlays)
Some sideeffect is 5 mb less memory usage, don't know for which reasons :P

- fading works now, it was broken because RenderW/H was not defined when SwapBuffers() was called for the first time. This caused glOrtho() to set the OpenGL error state. When fading was initialized in UDisplay this error-state was checked to see if glGenTextures failed. Although it didn't the error state was set because of the older error in glOrtho (Note: errors aren't reset after a successful OpenGL call), so it was wrongly assumed that no texture could be allocated.
This problem was fixed by defining RenderW/H before the first call of SwapBuffers and resetting OpenGL's error state before calling an OpenGL function whose error state is to be checked.

from SDL (several years ago? Last update was done in 2004). In addition OpenGL12 was very buggy (see last commit). The new units support OpenGL up to version 2.0 (extensions must be loaded first, see UGraphic.LoadOpenGLExtensions). At the moment, only 1.2 extensions are loaded. Some constants, that were introduced in OpenGL 1.2 and above (like GL_BGR or GL_CLAMP_TO_EDGE) are in glext.pas, so check this file first for missing constants.
The MacOS build depends on OpenGL12.pas but has its own file in the MacOSX/Wrapper folder instead of using the JEDI-SDL one. Sorry, that I broke MacOSX build for now but it should be no problem to get this working again.

- introduced UImage-unit for JPG/PNG/BMP image saving
- the png part uses the libpng12-0.dll (part of SDL_Image) so
- the jpg part uses either Delphi's Jpeg unit or FPC's base/pasjpeg unit
-> so no additional libs are needed.

- added an implementation of AllocateHWnd/DeallocateHWnd to UCommon for
the Win32 only units DirWatch and Midi... (do not use AllocateHWnd somewhere else)
- added an own implementation of ShowMessage to UCommon (uses MessageBox in Windows, console-output otherwise)
- linux still needs lresources for the lrs-file (will be removed soon)
- the FPC windows version uses windows resources now (instead of lrs ones).
compile them with windres (in FPC's "bin" dir) or delphi (a batch-file for windres will follow soon)
- changed path-separator from '\' to '/' in RC-file for windres compatibility

Linux is now running in the main loop fine.
* no audio playback or input yet...
* Timing hack inplace.. that must be replace
* bunch of textures not working..
however the play screen is looking similar to windows builds.
I hope this dosnt break windows builds to much.
