- positioning was broken in revision 1661 (9.4.2009, a long time)

- previously it returned the position that would have been reached after ALL data that was returned at ReadData() was processed by the engine
- due to this the returned position did not change for about 40ms (with SDL, samples: 2048, 44.1kHz) and the position was too far ahead (40ms)
- this has been fixed by guessing the amount that is still buffered by the engine (SDL or portaudio)
- sync should work better now with SDL and portaudio (BASS is not affected by this patch)

- audio-effects (DSP) interface for audio-playback plus a simple voice removal example (does not sound that good)
- FFMpeg support for BASS
- audio-clock for FFMpeg for GetPosition and synchronisation
- more compatible seeking in FFMpeg
- clean termination of the audio interfaces/streams (especially ffmpeg)
- Audio output device enumeration (selection will be added later to the sounds option screen)
- display of threshold and volume in the record-options screen
- threshold and volume can be changed with the 'T' (threshold) and '+'/'-' (source volume) keys
- added a FadeIn() method to the IAudioPlayback interface

works without crackling. MixBuffers is not optimized yet (no MMX, etc.) but I think it is fast enough for now. If SDL is used for audio output SDL_MixAudio() is used instead because it is more optimized.

This was caused by a multiplication with -NaN. The NaN value was in the in_-array because it was not zero'ed properly (sorry, my fault). The problem was fixed by replacing GetMem with AllocMem.
