2010-04-06	Fix for Windows7/64bit/Delphi2006 (and maybe others):	tobigun	1	-1413/+1419
	- Problem: Videos with filenames that contain special characters (like German umlauts) could not be found - Solution: The correct Path() variant could not be resolved as there were only two overloaded variants (AnsiString/RawByteString and WideString).
