- IsNumericChar/... and other character class type functions moved to UUnicodeUtils.pas
- UCS4 to UTF8 converters added. Nice for changing single characters (e.g. MyString[i] := 'de')
- Player names are now UTF8
- DeleteLastLetter is UTF8 now
