lazarus project-files update
- lua dir and .pas files added
- project options: source directories moved from "other sources (only IDE)" to "other units (-Fu)". This fixes the "jedi-sdl.inc" message on code completion
- lazarus is rather usable now
- TODO: some lib dirs have still to be added to the "other units" path
