Modified LoadTexture so that it ignores the Format parameter (for texture files, if supplied) but detects the file format by looking at the file's extension.
Now any supported filetype can be used to skin USDX (not only JPG or BMP, which was hardcoded default everywhere) The remains of this former misguided policy are still in many places of the code and have to be removed over time.
