first try to load textures with SDL_Image
supported texture types are: Plain, Transparent and Colorized
(textures in the resource file must be typed TEX)
everything else (Font Black, ...) is not implemented.
So beware - it looks really broken.
There seems to be a problem with The covers - I just didn't understand, what's going on there.
