Applied this fix https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1902924&group_id=43805&atid=437446
for 64bit compatibility with SDL. Thanks kambi for the patch, and escaped, tronikku and all the others for some other patches and/or testing. Now USDX should be x64 compatible.
