Subject: Makefile.am: use LAME_CFLAGS and LAME_LIBS

Don't append LAME_CFLAGS/LAME_LIBS to MPD_CFLAGS/MPD_LIBS in
configure.ac.  Export them via AC_SUBST() instead.
