tag: added core support for the "album artist" tag

Added TAG_ITEM_ALBUM_ARTIST.

With this patch, MPD should be able to read the (inofficial)
"ALBUMARTIST" Vorbis comment.  Implementations in other decoder
plugins will follow soon.
