autogen.sh: don't call aclocal with the $PWD prefix
calling aclocal -I PWD/m4 in autogen.sh, rather than aclocal -I m4 is
causing autotools to to not include the m4 directory in the dist
tarball. This makes it quite hard to regenerate aclocal/configure.
