Subject: Introduce old_style in CookHeaders.py and OLD_STYLE_PREFIXING in
 Defaults.py. Now the default behavior of prefixing is "Re: [prefix] subject".
 Variations like "Re[2]:" and German style "AW:" is now replaced by "Re:".
